Leaders who successfully complete the two-year CREST Certificate Program will have:
A clear assessment: a comprehensive self-understanding of who you are psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Exposure: to a variety of models of exemplary leaders, and a network of new contacts.
A clarified Christian worldview: a growing understanding of how to live out your Christian commitment in the world, of how faith intersects with leadership.
Leadership skill sets: the basic leadership skill sets in hand, learned and practiced.
Resources: an understanding of the resources needed for life and leadership, like money, time, planning, staff, and technology. Students will build a basic leadership library of books and electronic resources.
Relationships: a set of life-long friends; a constellation of mentors.
A vision for fruitfulness: a clarified call and life purpose – “convergence” envisioned in the context of a vital spiritual walk with God.
A Certificate in Leadership from CREST.
