Students in the CREST Leadership programs must meet these requirements:
CREST is a program specifically designed for mid-life adults. CREST students are typically in their mid 30′s or older. There is no upper age limit. The CREST Certificate Program is appropriate for anyone: ministry, business, not-for-profit, etc..

Submit a $100.00 non-refundable application fee using our online secure payment system. Or you may mail a cheque to CREST Leadership Development, 292228 Butte Hills Lane, Rocky View, AB T4A ON8.
Submit three references. Copy this reference form link, and email it to your references: http://crestleadership.ca/crest-reference-form/ This URL link takes them to a private page on our website where they fill out the reference online.
