The CREST Leadership Centre was founded in 2002 on the conviction that mid-life leaders need unique and intentional leadership development if they are to advance into an engaging and significant second half.  Born out of the doctoral research of Dr. Dan Reinhardt, CREST Leadership has been impacting mid-life leaders across Canada in both ministry and the marketplace.

After eighteen years of intense and effective pastoral leadership, Dr. Reinhardt took a sabbatical time-out from ministry, and it was during this time of study that Dr. Reinhardt became convinced that the flat line trajectory that most mid-life leaders face is not the only option.  Instead, by creating an environment and curriculum specifically designed to transform the mid-life leader, it is possible for mid-life leaders to move into a second half where they flourish.  This passion for mid-life leaders is the foundation for what became the CREST Leadership Centre. With its launch under the auspices of Rocky Mountain College in Calgary, the CREST Leadership Centre soon became its own ministry, impacting leaders across Canada.
